Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Instoe by eNeoteric Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide the highest quality IT device repair and support services. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and service-related adjustments.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Service Begins

  • You may cancel a booking at any time before the technician begins diagnosis or repair work.
  • Cancellations made before work begins are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amount.
  • To cancel, contact us via email at support@instoe.com or through your dashboard.

2.2 After Service Has Started

  • Once diagnosis or repair work has begun, cancellation is subject to a diagnosis fee.
  • The diagnosis fee covers the technician's time and assessment. This fee will be communicated before work begins.
  • Any remaining prepaid amount, minus the diagnosis fee, will be refunded.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligible for Refund

  • If the reported issue is not resolved after the repair attempt
  • If the same issue recurs within the warranty period
  • If the service was not performed as described in the booking confirmation
  • If parts ordered were incorrect or defective (replacement or refund will be offered)

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Issues unrelated to the original repair or service performed
  • Damage caused by the customer after the repair
  • Devices with undisclosed physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications
  • Consumable items such as printer cartridges or toner once opened or used
  • Diagnosis fees for cancelled services after work has begun

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us at support@instoe.com with your booking ID and reason for the request.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
  • We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Service Warranty

All repairs performed by Instoe include a limited warranty period as specified at the time of service completion. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will re-repair the device at no additional cost or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Cancellation

  • AMC plans may be cancelled at any time by providing 30 days written notice.
  • Refunds for AMC cancellations are prorated based on the unused portion of the contract.
  • No refund is provided if more than 75% of the contract period has elapsed.
